Under the GDPR, we are a data controller for the information you provide to us directly (like your account details) and a data processor for the information we process on your behalf (like the leads found by our AI agents). We ensure that all data is processed lawfully, fairly, and in a transparent manner.

4. Data Transfers

We store data on secure servers in the United States. If you are accessing our Service from the EEA, your information will be transferred to, stored, and processed in the U.S. We use Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission to ensure the security of data transfers.
